Sailma 350 HI plates and sheets are high-strength, low-alloy steel that has superior toughness along with weldability. Their chemical composition includes Carbon (≤0.20%), Manganese (≤1.60%), Silicon (≤0.45%), Phosphorus (≤0.040%), and Sulfur (≤0.040%), which gives superior strength and impact resistance. Mechanically, they provide a minimum yield strength of 350 MPa and tensile strength from 490-610 MPa, with superior elongation as well as toughness even at sub-zero temperatures.
